Shipping policy

We use our economy freight service for our normal delivery. For any express delivery requirements, please contact us for the extra costs.

Rockside is reliant on external freight forwarders and cannot control weather conditions or human input. We will endeavor to have orders here in the stated time. We will not, however, be responsible should one of these external factors be involved with a deadline being missed. We will though do everything we can to assist should this unfortunate issue arise.

Split delivery is available at additional costs per location, contact us for a quote.

Goods from Rockside to customer’s destination is not insured. It will be customer’s risk if any goods are lost during transition.
